Launched on the 120th anniversary of Tsingtao Beer, this gift box is made up of a commemorative box and three bottles of beer in the 120th anniversary edition, aiming to introduce the scenery of Qingdao and the brand culture of Tsingtao Beer to consumers. The illustration on the gift box features the color scheme inspired by the ingredients and equipment used in the brewing process, with yellow from barley malt and green from hops, for example. Besides, the basic elements in the illustration, including the cultural icons of Tsingtao Beer and distinctive regional elements of Qingdao, allow more audience to know about the brand's regional culture complementary with Qingdao by demonstrating the integration of the beer brand and local culture over 120 years. In this way, the gift box serves as a calling card, introducing the scenery of Qingdao and the brand culture of Tsingtao Beer to consumers. Additionally, the unboxing process is like welcoming consumers with open arms, which invites them to visit Qingdao and arouses their yearning for travelling, thereby conducing to reviving local tourism in Qingdao.
